iPhone 18 Pro Sales Begin in India

Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max went on sale in India on September 18, with long queues forming outside Apple Stores and retail outlets in cities including Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The latest Pro models are available through Apple’s online store and six retail outlets in India. Physical Apple Stores opened at 8 am on launch day.

Customers arrived early at stores to be among the first buyers. In Bengaluru, one customer said he reached the store around 5 am, while a buyer in Noida said he had been waiting since 6 am.

The iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₹1,64,900 for the 256GB version. The 512GB, 1TB and 2TB variants are priced at ₹1,89,900, ₹2,39,900 and ₹3,14,900, respectively.

The iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at ₹1,79,900 for 256GB, while its 512GB, 1TB and 2TB variants cost ₹2,04,900, ₹2,54,900 and ₹3,29,900, respectively.

The new Pro models feature Apple’s A20 Pro chip, a 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture and new Pro camera controls. They are available in black, silver, glacier and a new burgundy finish.

Apple has also introduced a new vapour chamber aimed at improving performance, AI capabilities and battery life. The wider product launch includes the company’s first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, which is scheduled to go on sale in India from October 23.
